This self-registration application represents an expression of interest from the potential supplier to conduct business with HCI Coal. Once submitted, you details will be maintained amongst a pool of potential suppliers who are available to be invited to suitable sourcing events or be put through full qualification should HCI Coal wish to conclude any business with you. Please note- Registration, or indeed full qualification, does not guarantee your business from HCI Coal , nor does it represent a contractual agreement or arrangement in any way.

GUIDANCE: If you render services as either an Individual or Sole Proprietor, please note the questionnaire contains several mandatory questions relating to legal entities. Therefore, for these type of questions, you may answer as follows:
(1) Company Legal & Trading Name - enter your full name or the name used for business related activities.
(2) Company Registration Number - enter your ID or passport number.
(3) Company Registration Date - enter the date which the business commenced.
(4) For all other non related Individual or Sole Proprietor questions, type in ''NA" for text questions or '0' for numerical questions. Please note, if 'NA' (or '0') has been used inappropriately to respond to relevant questions supporting your submission, your current registration may be cancelled. Should such a cancellation occur, a new application will need to be completed.
